Experience a smooth, smoky tide of spiced sweetness creating a salt-laced monster that is “Made by the Sea” with Talisker 2022 Special Release 11 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky. On the nose is a light spice-prickle – the first impression suggests a beach bonfire of dry seaweed, then maritime saltiness and marine engines take over, on a base of drying fresh linen. On the palate, a delicately sweet, smoky-spicy flavor with a hint of fruit and a salty balance in the middle, coupled with a smooth oily texture and a powerful chili pepper finish. Distilled by the sea on the shores of the Isle of Skye in Scotland, centuries of local distilling tradition and the rugged environment are what make our whisky so unique.
