ALPHA OMEGA II CHARDONNAY NAPA 2020

Rutherford’s Alpha Omega winery released its first wines in July 2006, but its winemakers are hardly neophytes. Winemaker Jean Hoefliger has made wines at Bordeaux’s Château Lynch-Bages and Château Carbonnieux and worked, most recently, as winemaker for Newton Vineyard, before joining Alpha Omega. He is assisted by renowned consulting winemaker Michel Rolland. From the winery: “”II is the culmination of the two worlds, the Alpha and the Omega, the Old World and the New World.
