Tasting Notes: Toffee, butterscotch, intriguing orange zest, smoky oak, spices, subtle root beer and stewed cherries are call-outs.
Appearance: Mahogany… deep, dark, intriguing. Medium char after-effects, artisanal perfection
Palate: Silky, viscous mouth feel, roasted almonds, candied citrus peel. Cinnamon and caramel lead to a well balanced flavor profile. Crushed toffee and subtle mint finish.
Nose: Sweet maple with subtle vanilla and caramel lingering.
Finish: Medium to long finish with a peppery rye spice on the side palate.
