The finishing of Campari Cask Tales Rum Finish takes place in barrels used for the maturation process of Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum.
 
These barrels, used for Appleton Estate ageing are No.1 selected American Oak Bourbon barrels, chosen for their low tannins and the vanilla flavor they impart.
 
Imparted by the aged Jamaica Rum formerly in the barrel, subtle hints of tropical notes balance the bittersweet taste of Campari bitter, while the orange peel top notes left by the rum complement Campari’s orange and herbal fragrances. A touch of gentle vanilla can be found on the nose of the Campari Cask Tales Rum Finish.
