Fruit from Russian River Valley, Petaluma Gap, and Carneros, capturing the essence of all in their aromatic, juicy, fresh wine. With balanced acidity, from fruit grown in ideal cool-climate conditions in each region, melding with ripe fruit-forward flavors of green apple, lemon zest, golden peach, and juicy tangerine, creating a harmonious wine with character. Produced from 50% Stainless Steel Fermentation, 50% Barrel Fermentation in partially new French oak, with partial malolactic fermentation, giving a creamy core to the fresh wine, enhancing the overall profile and lending notes of vanilla, toasted hazelnut, and spice. A perfect pairing for roast chicken or butter-poached lobster, or simply on its own.
