DRY FLY WHISKEY WHEAT STRAIGHT CASK & RELEASE WASHINGTON 750ML

Every angler knows why Catch & Release is important. Sustainability, bigger fish, and healthier populations. It’s this spirit we’ve adopted with our Cask & Release series. We release our used whiskey barrels into the “wild” to be conditioned by Northwest-made craft beer. We then take these barrels back and refill them with the same whiskey that had once called them home. Craft collaboration done right.

At Lumberbeard Brewing, these barrels were used for Black Daylight, a massive 14.2% Imperial Stout aged for 14 months with a certifiably insane amount of vanilla beans. Flavors of brownie batter and marshmallows exude from this decadent beer.
