EL VIVERO DE USALDON GARNACHA COLECCION ORIGEN SPAIN 2018

This red wine from Spain is aged in clay amphorae, it is made from old world Granacha Peluda. It tastes like Granacha with a bit more spice and acidity. The dark purple color contradicts the elegant floral aromas. The flavor is juicy cherry, raspberry and strawberry dominant with notes of black pepper, ginger and slight tannins. The longer it is opened it will gain a lot more nuances, but it won’t last long as this wine is very flavorful and easy to drink. Enjoy it with pastas and tapas.
