G4 High Proof Premium Blanco Tequila Special XM Edition is twice distilled in copper stills with complex aromas, a long finish, and perfect texture. XM meaning Extra Mature: so far as we know, this was the last field of 8 year-old agave in all of Jesus María. Extremely high sugar content.
XM also meaning Extra Madera: as 30% of this Lot was fermented in the wooden tinas. Normally there is no wood fermentation used for the high proof.
