The Red Wine Riserva Chianti Montalbano D.O.C.G Cantagallo Pierazzuoli is born from the best selection of Sangiovese grapes from our vineyard. The Red Wine Chianti Montalbano DOCG Cantagallo Pierazzuoli is produced integrally with Sangiovese, fermented and aged in a temperature controlled steel. It is a period of aging in bottle before going to market. Due to its structure, excellent acidity and pleasant fruity taste can be used either as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to appetizers and main dishes of vegetables and meat and medium-aged cheeses. The Chianti Montalbano DOCG is a very versatile wine in combinations such as history teaches us of the Chianti. It is typically done in glasses of medium-bodied red wine, but in the summer thanks to the softness of its tannins can also serve it cooler to accompany dishes of fish.
